Chris Brown: 'I Was Never An Angry Person'

Embattled Chris Brown was shocked by his own violent behavior in the bust-up that ended his romance with Rihanna, because he'd never lost his temper so badly before.

The "Kiss Kiss" hit-maker was arrested in February after he assaulted Rihanna in a vicious fight following a pre-Grammy Awards party in Los Angeles.

The brutal attack turned the shamed singer into a public hate figure and landed him a community service order and five years' probation.

Brown, who previously alleged his mother had been abused by his stepfather, claims he doesn't recognize the person he became in those dark moments and he will never forgive himself for what he did to the Barbadian beauty.
